Adrian Meronk and Tom Chaplin share lead Team Championship with David Law and Will Ahmed

Keane frontman Tom Chaplin and pro partner Adrian Meronk are joint leaders of the Team Championship going into the final day of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

This is the first time Chaplin has made the cut in his ninth appearance at Dunhill, and he had much to thank Meronk for as the Pole shot a superb 63 on sunny conditions at Kingsbarns to contribute to an overall team score of 31-under par.

The pair share the lead with Will Ahmed and Scotland’s David Law. WHOOP CEO Ahmed finished tied 5th in the Team Championship four years ago and will be hoping to improve on that finish this year, while Law’s impressive week continued with a round of 68 at Kingsbarns to finish on nine-under par.

Other prominent names on the Team leaderboard include Stephane Connery – son of the legendary Scottish actor Sean – who is on 30-under par, together with his French pro partner Tom Vaillant.

Dunhill debutant James Milner makes the cut on his first appearance at the Championship after finishing on 26-under par together with pro partner Sean Crocker.

20-time Champion Jockey A.P. McCoy will also tee it up on Sunday. The legendary jockey is playing with American pro Ryggs Johnston. Second-round joint leaders Daniel Hillier and Craig Heatley also finished on 26-under par and will compete in the final round.
