Claimed back-to-back victories in 2017 when he successfully defended his title at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and went on to win the Italian Open the following week.

A three-time European Tour winner, his breakthrough season came in 2016, when he produced a stunning third round 62 at St Andrews to win his maiden European Tour title, the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

Represented England as an amateur, reaching the semi-final of the English Amateur Championship in 2011 before turning professional that year.
